Booking Conditions

Booking Types

  • Urgent Rides: For immediate pickup and on-demand luxury travel.
  • Scheduled Rides: Reserved in advance for specific dates and times, perfect for planned airport or city transfers.
  • Services available for both types:
    • Transfers: One-way premium travel between fixed points (e.g., Airport, Hotel, Intercity).
    • Hourly Chauffeur: Luxurious vehicle hire with a professional chauffeur, billed by the hour.

How to Book

  • Booking channels:

    • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
    • Choose your preferred vehicle type or class.
    • Select the booking time (Urgent or Scheduled).
    • Confirm the fare and agree to our terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

  • Confirmation occurs when:
    • You receive an in-app or email notification.
    • A professional chauffeur is assigned (for urgent rides).
  • Almayar Limousine reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if:
    • No chauffeur is available at the requested time.
    • Incorrect or incomplete details are provided.
    • The booking violates service rules, local laws, or safety protocols.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at the designated pickup location.
  • Keep your mobile phone available for the chauffeur to contact you.
  • Provide clear and safe access for smooth pickup and drop-off.
  • Ensure that all provided booking information is accurate and up-to-date.

Driver Arrival & Waiting Time

  • Urgent Rides: Estimated chauffeur arrival within 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Scheduled Rides: Chauffeur arrives promptly around the booked time.
  • Waiting allowances:
    • 15 minutes: Standard pickups.
    • 60 minutes: Airport pickups (to allow for flight delays and baggage collection).
  • Any extra waiting time beyond the specified allowances may incur additional charges.

Changes and Modifications

  • Scheduled rides can be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Urgent bookings cannot be modified after confirmation.
  • Changes to routes, destinations, or times may update the calculated fare.

Special Requests

  • Requests for vehicle upgrades, child seats, or extra luggage space must be made at the time of booking.
  • All special requests are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional fees.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • Failure to show up or excessive delay beyond the waiting limit may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions or suspension of booking privileges.

Service Limitations

  • Our luxury services are not guaranteed in all areas or at all times.
  • Availability is strictly subject to:
    • Local UAE regulations and traffic conditions.
    • Chauffeur availability and duty hours.
    • Platform technical conditions and operational capacity.
